• Payment should be paid before delivery.
• Shipping fee is the responsibility of the recipient, shipping fees varies depending on the weight of the products ordered.

• Payment should be paid before delivery.
• Shipment will arrange on every Tuesday only, cut-off time is on Monday 16:00
• Shipping fee is the responsibility of the recipient, shipping fees varies depending on the weight of the products ordered.
• When the goods arrive at Post Office or iPostal Stations, Hong Kong Post will issue an SMS to the recipient's mobile phone number.
Using the password included in the SMS, the recipient can collect mail items at the selected iPostal Station or post office within the specified period stated in the SMS.
Return and Electronic products Warranty
• No handling fee will be charged to all returns made within our returns policy.
• We will accept any defective items for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please inform us via e-mail.
• No returns will be honored after 7 days of delivery.
• An original receipt shall be presented.
• No returned will be accepted for any opened or used items which are non-defective.
• We provide 90 days warranty for all electronic items.
• The warranty is void if the failure of the product has resulted from unauthorized
maintenance or repair.
• This limited warranty is void if failure of the product has resulted from accident,
abuse, misapplication, modification, improper calibration by the customer.
• We reserve the right to make the final decision in any dispute raised.
