A1 Thank you for all your support and to offer future incentives to you, we wanted to give something back, this is why we have launched this great Store Credits Program.
(PLEASE NOTE: All members or non-members will not gain any store credits for any order via WhatsApp, Line, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, email or phone call, NO individual notice will be given.)

Our Store Credits Program is as simple as it sounds.
While shopping at Shampoo.hk, you will earn 40 store credits for every $800 you spend.
Once earned, you'll be able to use those credits to pay for future purchases at Shampoo.hk.

A2 When an order is placed, the total amount of the Store Credits will be calculated automatically. These credits are added to your Store Credits account as pending credits.

Once any pending credits have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited. These credits will be ready for you to spend whenever you want.

Store Credits are valid for 180 days.

You must login to your account in order to view the status of your Store Credits.

During the checkout process, you'll be able to pay for any purchases with your credits balance.

A3 Currently, for spending every $800 HKD at Shampoo.hk gain 40 credits.

For example:
Purchase amount: $1500 HKD Store credits earned: $40HKD
Purchase amount: $1600 HKD Store credits earned: $80HKD

Store credits 1 = $1 HKD

Validity Period: 180days

A4 If you have a balance in your Store Credits Account, you can use those credits to pay for purchases made at Shampoo.hk.

During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, there will be a box to enter the amount of credits you wish to redeem.

Continue to the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll notice that the value of the credits redeemed will have been credited from your Store Credits account.

Once confirmed, your Store Credits account will be updated and the credits used will be deducted from your balance.

A5 Currently, no minimum credits required for any redeem.

A6 Currently, a minimum of HK$100 in total (per purchase) is required before any Store Credits Redemptions can take place.

A7 A maximum of 50% of the cumulated store credits per qualified transaction is allowed to redeem per order.

A8 No. When calculating the amount of credits earned, the shipping fees, taxes or additional fees are excluded.

A9 Yes. When calculating the amount of credits earned, all items which have been discounted are included as well.

A10 Store Credits are only available to registered Shampoo.hk members.

Store Credits Reward can only be collected and used with online purchases and are only valid at Shampoo.hk.

Store Credits are non-refundable and can't be transferred between members.

Store Credits are non-transferable or exchangeable for cash under any circumstances.

Store Credits will not be refunded for any cancelled order.

When calculating the amount of Store Credits earned, shipping fees and taxes are excluded.
